Welcome to Brittney Mooney Photography! Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself, my photography journey, and my style to see if we'd make a great match.

 

The arts have always played a major role in my life. I grew up dancing as my creative outlet and am now a certified dance instructor with the Canadian Dance Teachers Association as a Licentiate in the stage division tap. I also hold my Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance. 

 

My love of dance has greatly influenced me creatively and assisted in the most positive way with my photography journey. I have extensive knowledge and an eye for posing for both individual and group photo shoots. What makes photography unique is that no two photographers are the same and I get to see my own vision come to life! My style catches the rich colours of each season from the crisp white winters to the lush green summers.  I enjoy capturing images through a portrait, lifestyle, and candid approach.  My calm demeanor and tips with posing will help you feel relaxed and at ease during your photo session. 

 

I've been taking photos at a professional level for over 6 years in the following areas: dance, indoor, graduation, family, sports, and maternity. After completing full time schooling for 6 months at McKay Career Training, I received my diploma in Photographic Arts in 2014.
